Outline planning permission at LGF for up to 1,250 dwellings was granted for a period of 10 years, to 2026, (application ref. R/2014/0372/OOM). Phase 1 for 300 dwellings is under development (ref. R/2021/0387/RMM) and takes in approx 1.96ha on the PDL site, on which the permissioed layout shows 56 units would be built.
