Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (No.596) (England) Order 2015, Article 3, Schedule 2: Part 1 (or any subsequent order or statutory provision revoking or re-enacting that order) no additions, extensions or other alterations other than that expressly authorised by this permission shall be carried out to either the existing or proposed dwelling without prior permission of the local planning authority.
