Prior to commencement of relevant works a one-metre-square sample panel of render shall be constructed on site showing the finish and colour to be used as part of the external face of the extension hereby granted and the details approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Render shall be soft stone/cream colour unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved panel shall be retained on site until construction of the building has been completed. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
