The approved statement shall be adhered to throughout the development period. The statement shall provide: i) measures to control noise and vibration from site activities so as to prevent adverse impact to nearby noise sensitive receptors, having regard to BS5228 and other appropriate standards; ii) measures to control the emission of dust, mud and dirt from the site so as to prevent adverse impact to nearby sensitive receptors.
