Planning permission is in place for development of 45 sheltered housing units (43 net), with two existing dwellings also to be demolished as part of the scheme (13/02289/FUL). Despite this consent having been technically implemented, it is understood that this particular scheme will not be taken forward. However there is potential for an alternative development and it is understood that a new proposal is to be brought forward in due course.
