Vacant land, formerly occupied by dwellings which were cleared a number of years ago. Potential opportunity for redevelopment through urban infill. . Indicative yield identified is considered appropriate for the location at a density that would be reflective of adjacent residential development. The land is still in the ownership of a registered provider and the scope for regeneration with replacement homes remains.
