The site is also allocated in the emerging Local Plan 2036, which is currently undergoing an examination in public (consultation on proposed modifications following hearings). The minimum capacity of 18 dwellings is based on the Local Plan 2036 (as proposed to be modified) as this is the most up-to-date assessment of capacity of the site.
