A four-storey Grade II listed building within Hexham town centre, partly occupied and part vacant. It is currently occupied by a building society at ground-floor level, with a cafe and retail unit, and storage space above, some of which is vacant. Potential opportunity to utilise the underused space in the building for residential use. This would provide additional residential units in the town centre. A number of proposals for change and adaptation have been made over the years as the use for the building has changed, including providing commercial, retail and business and bringing small parts of the building in/out of residential use.
