Prior to the first use of the development hereby approved, a Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This shall include details of how customer noise and behaviour is managed on and off the premises; staff behaviour including but not limited to opening/closing premises; deliveries; waste disposal and storage; external space management; site maintenance; signage, staff training and dealing with customer complaints. The Management Plan shall be implemented as approved prior to the first use of the development and thereafter retained in perpetuity.
