Description | No development, including demolition, shall take place until a Construction Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved statement shall be adhered to throughout the development period. The statement shall provide: i) measures to control noise and vibration from site activities so as to prevent adverse impact to nearby noise sensitive receptors, having regard to BS5228 and other appropriate standards; ii) measures to control the emission of dust, mud and dirt from the site so as to prevent adverse impact to nearby sensitive receptors.
