Description	Prior to commencement of relevant works a one-metre-square sample panel of stonework shall be constructed on site showing the proposed stone, pointing and coursing to be used as part of the external face of the extension hereby granted and the details approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Stonework shall be randomly coursed natural stone (either sandstone or limestone) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
