Description Notwithstanding the submitted details, no development shall commence until a Construction Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Construction Method Statement shall include: - Details of the methods to be used to control dust, noise, vibration, lighting, potential water pollution and other emissions from the site; - The location of all temporary buildings and compound areas and arrangements for their removal following completion of construction; - The parking of vehicles of site operatives and visitors - Details of areas to be used for the storage of plant and construction materials and waste; - Details of temporary lighting arrangements; - Hours of construction work; - Details of how the public rights of way through the site will be managed; - Measures to ensure that construction vehicles do not deposit mud or debris on the public highway; - A scheme for the routing of construction vehicles accessing the site; and - Details of any construction earthworks methodology. - Details of traffic management - Details of final landscaping (including hedgerow replacement) and site restoration Facts
