An associated Listed Building Consent Application has been submitted under reference 18/AP/3285 THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (ES) submitted pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) regulations 2017. The ES can be viewed on the Council's website. A paper copy of the ES may be obtained for a charge of £500.00 from: CBRE Ltd.
