An associated Listed Building Consent Application has been submitted under reference 18/AP/3285 THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (ES) submitted pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) regulations 2017.
