Description The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted Addendum to the FRA (prepared by Waldeck Consulting, reference 220041-WDK-00-SI-RP-C-33301, Version P02, dated 1 June 2023) and the following mitigation measures it details: - Finished floor levels shall be set no lower than 3.6 metres above Ordnance Datum (AOD) The mitigation measure shall be fully implemented prior to occupation and subsequently in accordance with the scheme's timing/ phasing arrangements.
