Description Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (No.596) (England) Order 2015, Article 3, Schedule 2: Part 2 (or any subsequent order or statutory provision revoking or re-enacting that order) no walls, fences or other means of enclosure shall be erected on land between the walls of any dwellings fronting a highway and the highway boundary without the prior permission of the local planning authority.
